Seems facepunch is trying their hardest to make 2024 one of the biggest Rust years with all the changes from recoil to backpacks to monuments, animals, new guns, vehicles. I can only assume they plan on doing something giant in Q4 leading into 2025

SHADOWFRAX, you're our only hope! Cannot you of all people get Facepunch to push a horse fix NOW? I talk to server admin, they can't do nothing. I got a mod to go buy every horse, delete horses, tried again. No one can buy a single horse! Stuck in their stables. Wild horses I can use for a few minutes before they are suddenly locked in place. If they don't fix horses BEFORE they add bikes, that would be just ... sad.

Excited for release of this! I hope the bikes are useful. I would love to keep that option of looting while riding and no penalty to speed on non street terrain. I would love for the bike to be a "craftable" item.

the bike HAS TO work like this: you hold 'w' to slowly pedal tap 'w' to accelerate faster the camera has to be interpolated so the camera does not shake on each pebble you ride over

They should just keep the bicycle and have certain components that can only be found in specific areas/ monuments to craft the motorcycle and then the sidecar. But they all start as a pushbike and got to bicycle, motorcycle, then motorcycle and sidecar. But this is just my non-player opinion.
