TODAY'S RECIPE IS WHITE BIBIKHANA বিদেশি হোয়াইট বিবিখানা, সংরক্ষণ করে খেতে পারবেন সপ্তাহ জুড়ে | THAI STYLE BUTTER CAKE | TEA TIME CAKE | SNACKS | EASY DESSERT
INGREDIENTS:
280 gram [2 + ⅓ cup] cake flour
4 gram [1 + ¼ tsp] baking powder
250 gram [1 cup + 2 tbsp] unsalted butter, softened
200 gram [1 + ¾ cup] powdered sugar
5 eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 gram [¾ cup] whole milk
**Egg substitute: 240 gram [1 cup] plain yogurt**
Mold size - 7x7 inch
Baking Temperature - 180°c for 60 minutes
