The Verboeckhoven is a beautiful piece and that jar is magnificent. Thank you for sharing these pieces with us, Eduardo. What a nice treat.

I am happy you enjoyed it, sometimes I go to auctions and I see, so many beautiful pieces of art, that I become amazed at them. I thought that would be a good idea to share those pieces also with you my viewers and others that might like them. But apparently, there are some of my viewers that do not like it. Of course, we don't like all the same things, But I am a bit confused and I really would like to know why? Is it too different from restoration? Ok it is, But I love so much to explore other things in the art world.

Oh, goodness, those are both *gorgeous.* There are a few wood-turning and stone-turning channels on YT that could benefit from looking at the stone-and-metal jar as a potential reference for mixed media projects. Did the auction book say precisely where the stone was from? It's truly enchanting. The painting... what a lovely scene. It's so realistic that one could almost smell what the place was like. But, then, the joy of the painting is that we don't have to. 😉 Such visibly good-tempered creatures. Thank you for sharing this with us, and I hope to see more of the treasures you find in the future, if you feel like showing them. Nosy question (you don't have to answer if you don't want to): Do you like to go to auctions just for yourself and your conservation business, or do you also have clients who ask you to look at auctions for art that they might want to buy?

It is great you like it K.J, Unfortunately, I don't find the number of the jar, so I can not tell the description of it, I was fascinated by the sculpture work on the bronze figures, and I thought to myself what a beautiful piece, But I sincerely was with the esthetic in mind, not with other details in mind, but this is a lesson. next time I must be sure I keep the number. The painting is amazing, is almost hyper-realistic. It is painted in such detail, and the animals are just adorable. I was very touched by this painting too. I am preparing a bit longer video with some art objects from another auction, I am glad about your feedback about your liking to see such nice pieces, I love them too... But I notice that some viewers didn't like it, I would be so pleased if they would give their feedback too, so I could know why they didn't like it. Unfortunately, I don't have a crystal ball... Considering your last question, I go because of both reasons you say, I humbly know a bit about art, but I also have an intuition, don't ask me why or how, but the truth is that I have, I have several persons that ask me to see a piece before they buy it. Also, there are times I go because someone wants to buy a painting that needs to be restored, and before buying it, they ask me to see the painting.

@@Figueiredoartconservation Thank you for checking, and no worries about the number not being available. It's probably not a question most people would ask; I love stone as a substance, and many of the historical quarries have been mined out of the beautiful types. When I ask where a stone came from, sometimes knowing the location allows me to wonder if it's one type of extinct stone or another. There's nothing urgent or important about the question. How wonderful that you get to go to the auctions both for yourself and on business! Having a talent for evaluating art with some speed is amazing and often something earned over a long time, so it is very cool that you get to use it regularly. ^_^ Thank you for answering my nosy question.

@@k.jespersen6145 You are so Welcome K.J, It is a pleasure to be able to talk(write) with you about these questions, I am sure they are interesting also for other viewers that may read them. Yes, stone is a wonderful material, and I have seen incredible things made with it. Anyway, I will try to get information about this vase, and if I find it, I will come back here to let you know.
