Biden administration expands Title IX protections in new set of rules

The Biden administration issued new rules on Friday to effectively broaden the scope of Title IX. For context, Title IX is a 1972 law that bans discrimination in schools that receive federal funding.
The new rules, which take effect on Aug. 1, expand Title IX’s protections by banning discrimination and sexual harassment based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

If the teams are composed of the best players there will be no real women in any sport, the women calling for this would never have seen the field. Remember the World Cup yes the World Cup winning woman's team lost to a boys 15 and under high school team. The only way the star on that team would have been in the stadium is if she bought ticket

The amount of lawsuits regarding this will be wild. Just like cases such as MLB Trevor Bauer, duke lacrosse team, or the Clemson rape allegations against a first year student punishment without due process should not be allowed and thats exactly what this does.
