What's needed for President or the CEO of any large organization is someone who first of all sets the tone for the organization, creates the right atmosphere - much like a head coach of sports team - he has to create a "culture" of what's expected from his team - like hard work, straight talk and clarity, followed by prompt action. He needs to have a philosophy of governing. My preference would be pro-business, individual self-responsibility, and individual freedom. Then translate the philosophy to policy like de-regulation, energy independence, legal immigration and border control, America first international policies (let other countries learn to stand on their own two feet), law and order at home (punish criminals), educational choice . . . It's hard to change the culture on an organization, much less a country. Unfortunately over time we now have a SWAMP culture in Washington. The Democrts and Republicans are in it together and they don't want it to change. This was Trump's main appeal - He was and is an outsider with the intent to change the SWAMP culture. Not easy, but we must try.
