I suggest anyone who is told they will be expelled if they do not allow the college to adjudicate their case...tell the school that you will sue their asses off, if the school think there was a crime, then report it to the police. This is why language is THE most important thing. We overlook it, but those who control language control everything. They didn't change the laws, they changed the definitions of "women" so that men can identify as women and thus the title 9 law that protects women, now includes men, because the definition of what a women is has been changed to include men who identify as women. They took the "trans women ARE women" and made it "true" by language and definition manipulation. This is why we must resist these language changes with EVERTHING we can muster. This is also what Jordan Peterson warned about like 8-10 years ago, but no one listened to him, and called him a Nazi.

The roll backs on due process state cross examination does not have to be granted but can be. This serve to prevent someone they don't like from defending themselves while simultaneously providing people they do like a defense. It is sickening! They have also made it where a single person becomes the judge jury and executioner. If a man gets accused, this one person is allowed to gather "evidence" without the accused being made aware of the situation or their accuser.
