College football, basketball, hockey and baseball are only minor leagues for the pro ranks. The best athletes on the team are only there to turn pro as soon as possible. Of course they love their team school and teammates that's what team players do and their sincere about it. But make no mistake if a junior is told they will be drafted if they enter the draft, that player will move faster than they have ever moved to find an agent. But this ruling will also allow players to retain agents if there is a negotiation on compensation.

The Cost of Living is LOWER in other states!!! It is expensive to live in/to reside and have a lifestyle in NY/NYC. It is less money for those things in other states, thus, it would seem, NY government/state and local would be trying to coordinate with other states and cities to secure affordable housing solutions and for placement of migrants according to job skills, education aspirations or other such community organizing factors. Clearly the high number of individuals/migrants is overwhelming and that individuals are working hard. Hopefully solutions result, as best able to, in time. God Bless America 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
