You state that common law marriage is not accepted. Common law is accepted in Colorado how does this apply. We just married after 7 years of being together

When you say coming to the country without parole or admission, does that include those who came into the country with ESTA visa waiver program?

My husband he was deported to Guatemala in 2012 then Me and my husband got married in Guatemala on February 2014 I am a born united states citizen. He's from Guatemala. We really didn't have means to support ourselves and wait for immigration over there so March is when I reentered the usa and then he followed me crossing the border illegally. He was here by April. We have 5 boys together. He has no criminal records. And he's been trying to keep under the radar in fear of deportation. But he does have a Washington State driver's license. We can prove we were here before June 2024 by letters from our church organization. But what else can I get together to prove he was here before? Thanks for your time.

Hi. You can use the approved 130 when you apply for marriage green card after your parole is approved.

what if entered by parol but have deportation after, and is not married to a us citizen for 5 years?

Hi, i entered the country in 2006 witn an i94 form , it expired one month after and i stayed , am i ellegible, thanks

Hi. The Biden parole program applies only if you were not admitted or paroled.

Hi. Those who entered with Esta are not eligible for this program. They can apply for marriage green card cases.

@@FrancisLawCenter we came in with visa waiver, have a removal order but Daca saved us. Tried to do adjustment of status through marriage but USCIS wouldnt approve because of the removal order. So we re in limbo

If you got married to a US citizen, we can ask the immigration court to dismiss your pending removal proceeding case.
