The company was created to deliver a Russian-made premium car to the president and other high-ranking officials. They had to design and build everything from scratch including the production line. I meant both, actually. They already had previous designs to work with and a lot of parts to choose from. Although the details are kept secret, it's safe to assume that Beast uses many parts from other car models including the chassis.

This is a tough one! In another era this would have been no contest. An American Presidential limo based on a Caddy or Lincoln would win hands down against any Russian limo. The fact that this is such a close contest shows how far Russia has come. In terms of styling the Caddy has an edge over the Aurus but the Aurus is impressive in it's own right. It's styling is also beautiful and the car has a stately presence. Performance wise the Aurus is much more faster than the beast. In terms of security the beast does have thicker bullet proof glass but does that necessarily mean more robust and secure? Hard to tell without knowing the specs of the different glass systems. Of course both cars have secret security systems on board so impossible to evaluate which car is more secure. In terms of interior luxury the Aurus appears to win hands down. From what we have seen inside the beast it is no more luxurious than a stock GM SUV. Finally the motorcade! Both motorcades are impressive in their own way. The American motorcade typically has more vehicles starting with TWO Cadillac beasts! I will let you in on a little secret! The DECOY Cadillac is always the FIRST limo in the motorcade. Always! So if you get to see an American presidential motorcade focus on the SECOND "beast" if you want to catch a glimpse of the president waving to you! As for Putin's motorcade I like the very impressive BMW motorcycle motorcade outriggers that form a "V" in front of Putin's limo. Very impressive and theatrical! Again this comparison between the American presidential limo and Russian presidential limo illustrates how far Russia has advanced in every field of technology and manufacturing. Comparing these two countries is pointless at the end of the day cause if either really wanted to kill their leaders either could do so but obviously that has repercussions so they’re not but if they really wanted to, no limo is going to stop it from happening, if anyone had a better chance of pulling it off though it’d be the Russians as their missile technology is completely unmatched, no other country comes even close. I'd say the beast wins overall. The reason being the brand recognition. Cadillac has been around for 120 years now, while aurus has only been around for 4 years. Cadillacs are sold worldwide and is easily recognizable as a premium brand. Aurus is newer and less known outside of Russia. And as mentioned in the video, many would mistake it for a rolls royce, which might make the aurus a company which copies the design from other cars. Aurus's limo has alot of chrome, which I associate with lower quality. The beast appears to be using polished metal, which make it look more premium and visually appealing.

And the UAE is a country which receives people from all countries across Asia, so they would be familiar with the brand. Cadillac have been in the UAE since the 1950s, way before the country got its independence in 1971. The people who drive Cadillacs there are royals and rich people, so it has a good brand name there. Cadillac are also popular in Saudi Arabia, China, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, and pretty much every developed/developing country in Asia.

Aurus is my choice. Much more resplendent than a Cadillac; while both are more reliable than a Rolls Royce or Bentley. Mercedes is a realistic challenger; but the waterfall grill on the Aurus, gives the Aurus more panache for parades and diplomatic occasions… I have one minor improvement for the Aurus: a Russian Double-Eagle on top of the waterfall grill. You won’t mistake it for the Spirit of Ecstasy…
