No amount of aid can fix the issue that Ukraine lost so many soldiers they only have 35 percent of their army left. They lowered the conscription ago to 25 but thousands of young people have left and more are trying to leave. America will more than likely will give them ballistic missles because the conventional war is coming to an end. The war of the ballistic missles will be in the next coming months.
