But Ukraine most of the time doesn't admit to it being them. They don't have a press conference and publicly disagree with Biden and say sometimes you have to ignore your friends. That's called respect. Ukraine respects America. Israel doesn't respect America, they go out of their way to show they are in charge and America is weak and Biden's done nothing to deal with that.
