Biden signs $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill into law

President Biden signed his $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan into law on Thursday, finalizing an early policy achievement that will provide a new round of aid to millions of Americans. After Mr. Biden spoke to reporters in the Oval Office, CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes and CBS News political contributor Sean Sullivan joined CBSN to discuss.

Trump was trying to get relief to Americans but the Democrats kept putting in too much money to other countries. This bill is doing the same thing. When you give money (print more money) it decreases the value of a dollar. That means that a dollar won't buy what a dollar used to buy, you will need MORE dollars to buy the same loaf of bread than before. Prices of EVERYTHING will go up. And most of the money in this bill doesn't go to covid relief at all. That is why republicans are better because they understand this basic concept. I don't have a job and I know this bill is horrible for america, like everything he does. I used to be a democrat but no more.
