Sure, everyone deserves a chance to compete...at their level. Combat sports have weight divisions. A weight change puts you in a new division for another title. Mr Olympia has a wheelchair class. Everyone has to be the same in a certain category to compete in any sport. No place does it make sense where men compete against women. That's a cowardly intended achievement at best. It's sick this is even an idea.

Speaking of lived experiences... before my wife and I were married she had already been playing on the amatuer circuit of tennis for several years. I never even picked up a racket until shortly before we took our vows. I thought that it was not only "fun", but she was a great "coach." After about two years of playing frequently, things started to take on a more competitive nature. My "coach" accused me of holding back and letting her win. Maybe the velocity of my serve and returns, but everything else was legit.
