bifacial_radiance Installation Full (Windows)

Thanks Silvana! I have a few differences with my situation that I had to follow to get this to work. 1. Because our network is behind a firewall, I was getting SSL errors when I ran pip in the windows command prompt. When I instead used the 'anaconda command prompt' for pip commands then everything worked correctly. 2. I didn't have to install pvlib separately - it's installed as part of bifacial_radiance when you do the next step. 3. When you navigate to the folder to install bifacial_radiance, the command is `pip intall -e .` don't forget the period at the end!

Update: the file that is opened on minute 17:27 got renamed from bifacial_radiance.py to main.py
