I went to High School with Biff. Have known him off and on since then. The worst I have heard about him as a coach is he can be indifferent about things colleagues and peers hold important. Well, who doesn't get complaints--especially one who is an agent of positive change? It is hard to argue with success. And he is very successful as a coach. Always.
