Why do you think they are terrible live? I just saw them on saturday when they supported the queens of the stone age in hamburg and i was really kind of "flashed" of their live performance... I didn't know them before and well... all I can say is: I love them BECAUSE of their gig, it was really cool! Really good band! Seeing them live was a great experience!

They remind of early Lemonheads (before Shame about Ray) corssed with early Dinosaur Jr (before Greenmind). Jimmy Eat World first album sounds quite like Biffy Clyro as well. Having said all that, thet are bloody amazing and quite unique in their own way.

the intro definitely does not have a proper time signature, because it was once completely random, but I suppose it would be 4/4 if you needed to give it one due to the rest of the song?

@jamiejieiuchima Blackened Sky has a very Nirvana-feel to it I'd say. A lot of people say that, but other than that, no they don't sound like Nirvana, I guess it's just the only thing there is to even slightly compare them too.
