Una vez, siendo pequeñu, no mas de 6 o 7 años, preguntome mi padre: ¿qué ye la música? No se muy bien cual fue la respuesta. Seguro que salí por peteneres. Pero nunca se me olvidó la d’él. Díjome: "Música ye EL ARTE DE BIEN COMBINAR LOS SONIDOS CON EL TIEMPO"; y nunca lo olvidaré. Cierto ye que escuchando temas como estos, dicen tanto los silencios como los sonidos y viceversa. En una Big Band hay ritmo aunque no toquen. Esos largos silencios tienen tanto swing que no soy a explicar con palabres. Ye como si un compás empujara al siguiente, y esi al otru y así contínuamente en una asincronía controlá a tope, donde todo tien su momento y su lugar. Tan solo ye saber encajalo. ¡Fácil! ¿eh?. Honestly. I dig Morrison's playing but this band is horrible. That bass player....needs to sit down with a metronome and keep time, everyone wasn't listening to that lead trumpet, not that they had a good one but man i don't like it.

Leandro Echemendia I do agree with you the band wasnt together on the open part. I also think the lead trumpet player failed to make himself known. He was being overpowered but i think it was just him not being a strong player or having a bad chop day. Either way the band wouldve sounded more together had he done his job.
