They'd made a temporary alliance to resist Kerrigan. Plus, I don't think any of the three wanted to risk a fight with either of the others.

@@perrycarters3113 That alliance thing may or may not be true, it's never directly stated but I'm leaning towards that they aren't in an alliance because their forces never actually fight Kerrigan together, they are all just defending their own territory, they likely aren't actively fighting as all of Zerus could sense her awakening but an alliance would go against their own personal goals of harvesting Kerrigan's essence and due to the nature of the Primal Zerg constantly killing each other for essence, it's pretty obvious that they are in direct competition and always fighting each other.

@@ChannelMiner In general the Primal Zerg do understand cooperation though, that's how they're able to form packs in the first place. In this case it looks more like a truce rather than an actual alliance though as they aren't seen actively working together, just not working against each other while fighting Kerrigan (in direct contrast to the Crucible).

I VERY much appreciate that Warfield was added to Zagara's mission. It finally makes Char as a whole make sense. The whole planet Char feels very disjointed because you yeet straight from fighting Zerg to fighting Terran and it doesn't feel appreciably explained why Warfield just LETS Kerrigan land there without seeing her and attacking her.

Coop kerrigan in a nutshell You can spam 200000 omega worm in coop and nothing ground can get pass it cause they have 1k HP each and is free to spawn

The bonus upgrade to the bane launcher is what really makes it properly good; it is okay otherwise but the extra splashes really put it over the top.

If you fire the biles before the start of the cutscene on the third miniboss, you can turn about half of the banelings into broodlings during the cutscene, and all of the initial wave just explodes on itself.

I'm pretty sure the malignant creep also enhances your units while on creep as usual, it's worth noting. The life regen in particular really helps when you have no dedicated healers.

When I got to the banelings in my own playthough, I knew this would be my favorite mod for HotS. This is everything I ever could have wanted and it does not disappoint. I can't wait to see Grant react to the changes in Korhal. It's so freaking epic.

kind of interesting about the bile; It seems that units killed by the initial spell hit are not considered to be killed in the bile area and thus are not turned into broodlings(around 7:08 ). A even bigger contrast to grants expectations that in a normal spell only those killed by the bile would become broodlings. Not sure if that is intended

Omega network plus malignant creep is the combo I used for the rest of the campaign, it's just such a good combo. Co-op taught me that if you do it, you can abandon overseers and caring about positioning

I noticed a minor issue with the baneling launchers. When they fire at buildings, they do explode. But they are firing splitters, the splitters do not autotarget buildings

Grant, whenever you're in the market for PC improvements, you should consider one of AMD's X3D CPUs. Starcraft 2 loves the cache. Performs beautifully on those. Definitely seeing frame drops on this mission and The Crucible, as they always do.

I have always found out back steak house baffling. omega network is a feature of co-op kerrigan, it's actually her defining feature! rally all your units into the network, any time you would go anywhere, pop down an omega worm. even if it's in the middle of the enemy, they're free, have high hp, and detect!
