I think what happened is the people who own the buildings wanted their buildings repainted so he would shoot his video then paint over it in white

Incredible to think that every frame was created practically, no CGI or digital manipulation. Also, that every frame, a work of art in its own right, was created just to be photographed once and then immediately painted over, never to be seen again.
