Sahil, at the end of the video your suggestion was to operate such business in cities only(basically metro ones). But in my opinion, it might not be a good option because already there are big players like BIG BASKET, GROFFERS & even AMAZON sitting in metro cities with investors having cash burn capabilities.So already a first mover advantage is lost for any such new start-up. Maybe as of now Tier II cities might be a good option where the presence of big basket or groffers is less and any new start-up might have the chance to acquire customers with brilliant business plan. Also, with the presence of Jio internet, I believe the awareness level of online shops will be equivalent to people like in metro cities. This might prove a value added point for a startup in tier II city. Looking forward for your reply/comment/view on it.

Inventory model is remunerative, when sale volume is high, that absorbs high establishment expenses. For small scale cities, BB already discontinued express delivery to improve bottom line. But, this also does not help the cause, as huge investment to shift clients from traditional market to online mode has gone wasted. People are again moving to traditional market, because of 2 day delivery by big basket is of no use.

dubba company hai same day delivery hoti hi nehi hai kabhi bhi, cash on delivery is better, koi ek product to humesha missing rehta hi hai. in case of online payment, they will mail you that 1-2 products is out of stock and that money will go to big basket wallet so that next time again you shop from them to recover your wallet money, always make sure all products listed in shoping list are delivered to you or just dont be lazy and go out buy your groceries as i do now 😑
