One additional thing Zomato should focus intentionally is abut food tease. Beside they're are awaring people about their first and no wait food delivery, they should also aware about the taste of foods 😋.. Tasty foods make people walk a mile... Run kilometers and even drive hours....

Wonderful content and explanation boss But I somewhat disagree at 7:38 The second point that slipped too quickly as per me. 1) because any business would not want to rely on one source of money generation 2) if it already is getting 50-60 % of its business. It does not require to burn more money on zomatos preferential advertisements to ultimately get more dependant on an app!! Coz if tomorrow zomato goes down the individual business entity would incur huge costs to build new business on its own altogether same applies to any kinda business partner

If other companies pay Zomato to list their names on the top as sponsored, then consumers will check those out first and their mentality will switch from reliability to curiosity in hopes that they get better offer, quality and quantity from this new place. Swiggy is already doing it. It has cloud kitchens by the name if The Bowl Company, Homely etc. And they have presence in many cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, among others. So, they are already pushing their own restaurant business in a big, big way. Having ordered from both their cloud kitchens, I realised that customer experience was on point. They nailed the taste, quantity, hygiene and packaging aspect of food better than the brick and mortar professional restaurants.

Sir one thing you skip that swiggy and Zomato also earn by taking maintenance fee. Suppose one restaurant maintenance fee is 5000 per year(yeah per year). There are lot of restaurants on swiggy and zomato. By talking such minimum amount for maintenance by all restaurants raise the business of swiggy and Zomato.
