Hopefully you guys checked in at the trailhead and got your badge of honor for Gold Mountain! Cool video!

I enjoyed the video. I grew up there. We were traveling those areas in old pickups and Volkswagens.

Thanks! Ya that why I laugh! all these 37 40 inch tires guys ….. back in the day the biggest tire was 33 and guys were doing it! Cheers!

@wjoverland5109 believe it or not. Back in those days things weren't as torn up , there were no 33in tires , no one owned a fwd. We found alot of cool things between onyx summit and Hesperia lolol

I too am glad i found you. I wheel and camp out of a 2002 Limited. I would also like to see a walk around. Mine is currently down waiting on a set of heads.

Love it. Love my WJ. It’s an on going build but then again are they ever truly finished. 4.7 with Qudra Trac, 4’’ lift with 32’’ tires. This summer lockers are going in. Love your channel especially because it’s a WJ channel.

got up the first obstacle on a stock height/suspensuo Lexus GX460, no spotter... got to the 2nd waterfall and all I saw was blue sky without a spotter... definitely neee a spotter here 😃 ✌️

I've been on the Gold Mountain trail in my 2004 TJ. Fun trail. That was 20 years ago. Gawd, I miss wheeling. Big Bear is only 45 miles from where I live. I have a WJ and am planning to do simple modifications (2-inch lift, bigger tires, big longer shocks, etc). I also had a 1968 Jeep Wagoneer, lifted with Rancho 5000 shocks (really stiff ride), drove through the snow trail near Fawnskin. It was fun.

Ya man it’s a great place ! Welp hope you get that WJ rolling soon! Maybe consider at least a 3 inch lift. 😬🤘

@wjoverland510911 ай бұрын

If I’m ever out that way I’ll let you know, thanks for checking out my channel. And I don’t think you can go wrong with the WJ!

Another nice trip! Enjoy your channel…great job with the cameras!! Have you seen “Najar Offraod”? You two might enjoy getting together as he is really into building WJ’s and seems like a good guy! Anyway, am enjoying your channel!! And yes…I’ve subscribed!👍

Hey! Thanks! Ya I’ve seen his stuff seems like a nice guy! I’ve talk to him once or twice around the time I posted my first video. I’m putting out a few more videos one today or tomorrow and one next week … it’s hard to work full time, travel out, adventure and then edit.. but I do love it! Cheers

He recently mentioned that he was wanting to start doing some more off-roading so I just thought about you! Yes, it’s hard to fit everything we want to do into our busy schedules! Have to prioritize!! Looking forward to your “walk-around”! I just recently picked up my latest…an ‘04 Limited and have spent the last month doing all the catch-up maintenance items…about ready to start my build! Stay safe…and thanks for including us on your trips!👍
