Big Bear Discovery Center Is A Helpful Big Bear Stop

The Big Bear Discovery Center is a very useful stop if you're looking to spend time exploring Big Bear Valley. If you're winging it, the staff can help you plan an itinerary, inform you of any potential outdoor closures, provide maps, or sell you an adventure pass for your vehicle.
In addition to a couple of informational displays inside, kids can play in the center's Natural Discovery Zone or hike the half-mile Nature Discovery Trail.
