Wow, I use to live in Big Bear when I was a little girl and I have the BEST memories there, my Dad showed me a running waterfall with spring water - It was the BEST I had ever tasted. VERY NICE people there and hardly any crime. But, it is EXPENSIVE.

For the area, it's not bad. Much cheaper that lake tahoe. Theres houses off the lake for 300k all day. You can be on big bear lake for as little 1M. Cost you 5× that to live in Frisco bay area.

when I hit the LOTTO I'll go leave there that's the only way to buy a home there
