This Video reminds me of big ben back in 2017, luckily its been restored already if you haven't heard, Also, chimes start at 6:57 , I also forgot to mention, it was tested to chime in 2017, but for remembrance day, the only reason it stopped was cause the middle bell broke

No but it is going to chime at midnight on New Years 2022 and the renovation is expected to finish in the 2nd quarter of next year.
