Hi again, I really enjoy your videos. I’m 63 now and have had a couple major setbacks a few years ago. ( health wise) without going into detail let’s just say the Lords at work ❤️ I’ve been doing the things you mention and show in your videos since I was a little boy along side my dad. As I got older I learned to work on and fix everything I needed. I don’t know how to say thank you enough for bringing us out with you when you do things. It really means a lot to spend time with a person you can relate too. I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate you. I’ve watched so many of your videos and would enjoy myself not remembering to hit the like button or just dropping a hello. I’m very sorry for that. I’m gonna try and do my best to say a little something for the videos I do get to see. Anyway god bless you and your family . We appreciate ya!🙏

4:39 pink wire is the wire for the gas gauge in dash that you’ll need also. Just did same thing on 86 as removed twins tanks and transfer pump assembly as well

Good job installing gas tank. I know you like your trucks low. I have a 1981 F100 with the 300 engine. Every tells me to lower my truck. I'm only 5' 4", and when I need to do work under my truck, I don't need a jack. I just put a moving blanket and do my thing.

Wow you broke out the heavy duty creeper? This is getting serious. 😁 With some imagination, a shop crane & floor jack can help you complete tasks on your projects by yourself. Weather supposed to be milder this coming week so you should be able to get a lot done. 👍

Damn good idea for mounting the air lines behind the fuel door. 💯Is that fuel in the tank any good? Thanks.

Yes, fuel is good I was driving parts truck before dismantling it. Thanks again for watching.

good lords day we rocking. I'm not mad at cha. but I disagree with removing the tank , I'd put both . less gas station visits , gives truck value.. double think that .. especially if you have the tanks . that job is no joke along ..I wanna see this .. old school at its best right here ! oh most important, I was washing my pick up.. I wanna sticker when it's ready ..ok shhhh I listening to , built on a budget 🎉

Without that fuel selector valve, your fuel gauge not going to work correctly
@builtonabudget676713 күн бұрын
How do I correct that Can't I run the pink sender wire to the cluster like a truck with only one tank and bypass the selector valve, although
@bigsteoutdoors13 күн бұрын
I think it’s due to the switch on the inside of the truck. Let me do some research
