Considering that most lobbies are full of rich kids with lazy parents, modders and hackers, and assholes who exist only to kill everything that lives, you will have basically no fun with anything unless you have 5-10 friends to play with. Even then, you have to either grind money or buy it, so expect to have little to no fun anyway.

You sound like you haven't played this game since its been on the current gen. Also the blimp is relatively cheap, 895,000. If you've been playing long enough you should be able to afford everything by now.

Fun fact : the tail isn't that of the a-10 but rather the Northrop YA-9. The YA-9 was a prototype passed up instead the USAF choose the YA-10 Insead AKA the A-10 Thumnderbolt II. Pretty neat Rockstar.

I can confirm after a few hours of riding it, stock it sucks. Not really worth the money. It's quick but the normal oppressor is faster in a race down a runway. I have no clue how much better it will be with upgrades though

I've got an idea: two teams each with a blimp. You use nothing but fireworks since you proved you can kill people with them but they wont fuck up the blimp. Basically a battle of airships as you maneuver around while keeping your team on top.

McDonald's should pay you guys. After all that talk, I rode my bicycle 1.5 Km to my local Maccas in 6°C at 3am. Only to be told "We don't serve bicycles in drive thru. OH&S". After I finished my mini-rage, got home and Uber-eats'd (Uber ate?) it, and then had my order ironically delivered via bicycle. I got the Jeremy; Double Quarter Pounder, Large Fries and a Big Mac. idea for the blimps: an obstacle course; set a destination that puts the city in between you and it and try to get to it, but youre not allowed to fly above the buildings. Hard mode are the windmills.
