I am very pleased that your mother seems to be well again and she will be returning to Lucy. I was worried about Lucy being alone for so long. But she had you, and I‘m sure it wasn‘t easy to handle it all. 👍🏻I am glad for your mom and Lucy.😊💕

Good morning, Diane and fabulous kitties. We also have plenty of resources for our three. I need to set up one more cat box, and then I think we're all set. We have 3, but need a 4th. Our vet had a slow time of doing Lizzie May's claw clipping last week, not because of extra toes, but because she has so much hair under and around them. I bet if Lucy knew her mom was coming home tomorrow, she would be really excited. I know your mom is excited about coming home and also about seeing her baby cat. All was fairly quiet there today. We're taking Hazel Rose and Toby into the vet for shots and yearly check-ups today. Should be fun. Lol. Have a great day. See you tomorrow.

First day of summer is in 9 days - June 20th. It's one or two days early this year due to this being leap year. (And do you think it's ok for your mom to come home - I mean safe?)

​@@MaineCoonCapersOh yes, after today we're going to be getting an extended period of time in the 90s Fahrenheit here in Pittsburgh. Like you, I love the cooler, colder weather. And after spending about three years living in Dallas, Texas during the mid 90s, I am now thoroughly ruined by the heat; my body has a very hard time with anything above 80-82 degrees Fahrenheit. It's like my body goes into neutral and shuts down.
