Can someone please clarify for me that is a professional in this type of fighting, when I shadow box there's Little Resistance at all and when I punch the heavy bag there's quite a bit of resistance and I tire out much quicker so how is it that someone who misses shots tires out quicker than when they connect??
@marcd19819 ай бұрын
When you shadow box, are you throwing every punch as hard as you can? Because that's what was happening here, Mota was throwing punches to knock Stafford out. When you don't connect, it uses more energy. Also, when shadow boxing, you don't have a 6 foot 6 inch fighter trying to knock you out, so there is no adrenaline rushing through your system, which also leads to getting tired. That is called an adrenaline dump.

bruh they really had to stop the fight this shit was fun to watch, tall guy got a good knock down and the other guy hit like a mfr and was potentially going to get a knockdown if not a knockout from those heavy ass hands

@benwade71519 ай бұрын
A 5’8” heavyweight will nearly always have a disadvantage in the reach department I doubt he’s dropping 60-70 pounds but that’s the only way he won’t be fighting taller rangier fighters.
@marcd19819 ай бұрын
Tyson was only 5' 11", he was beating fighters 6 to 8 inches taller than himself all of the time. Also, if you're going to fight heavyweight, you have to fight anyone in the weight class.
