@@parichaybose none of ur opinion,logic nd English makes any sence now to coming back to the topic the rule introduced by fifa regarding loan more than one year being invalid will not be implemented in this cause because contracts signed before Jan 2024 won't be applicable under this rule Apart from that fifa regulations are only for international transfers not domestic transfers In case of domestic transfers the contracts come under jurisdiction of Aiff not fifa and aiff is going to introduce this guidelines post Jan 2025 and all contracts signed before that will be valid Thirdly as per article 15 of Aiff in its regulations for status and transfers of players rstp rule book-a contract between a professional player and a club may only be terminated upon expiry of the contract or by mutual agreement In this case anwar has violated this rule wil face consequences prescribed in rstp rule book Fourthly a professional player can't unilaterally terminate any valid contract as per fifa rstp and aiff rstp both without valid reasons Lastly if a professional player unilaterally terminate any professionally valid contract without any cause u have to face legal consequences prescribed in article 20 of aiff rstp rule book decided by psc or player status commitee like ban , suspension or even financial compensation Dragging constitution in this matter is simply hilarious and outrageous at the same time That's all for you Mr bose
