You can't understand how satisfying it is to make this dough WITHOUT KNEADING, it seems strange that without standing there kneading, a result like this can come out!
It's AMAZING and WONDERFUL! Just respect the 2 growth steps with the respective REINFORCEMENT FOLDS which are nothing more than lifting the dough from the sides (with the ladle or with wet hands) and letting it fall to the center, 3-4 times per round! If you watch on video you can see it clearly!
Then the bubbles will come by themselves!
Trust me you will never leave it again! Those who have already done it have confessed to me how happy they felt in bringing a Focaccia-Pizza with this dough to the table! For the satisfaction of the whole family!
You can customize the filling with whatever you like!
⏱️ GROWTH TIMES:
1st STEP GROWTH for 30 minutes
2nd GROWTH STEP for 1 Hour
3rd GROWTH STEP for approximately 3 hours (or until it doubles in volume)
