Too bad its nearly impossible to get there at a good time. And the price is a turn off too. 50€ per day is just a bit much if you consider the reservation price (100€).

@@danielbean2494 I've been going there anually since 2014 with the exception of this year and have caught some amazing fish but at the moment its hard to get there without being loaded. People pay A LOT more than 50€/per day and thats partly why šumbar as a lake is doing as well as it is.

martin lisy it is called lake Šumbar (jezero Šumbar), it is in central Croatia near the town of Karlovac, and in the Karlovac county, which is the same county the Plitvice lakes are in (big tourist attraction, really nice place, good to go to for a day if you are making a trip to that area)
