Great job landon! I'm sure it wasn't the first fish you've lost and I guarantee it won't be the last. Shake it off and get back out there and find another one. I love watching a father and son enjoying the great outdoors.

Hagen it’s definitely so awesome to see you out fishing and having a good time with your boy!! That’s one thing I wish I would have done with my dad also!! Even if it wasn’t fishing but going duck hunting or goose hunting and spending time with my dad would have been so awesome if I would have gotten the chance or he would have done it with me!!! Definitely enjoy it while you can and it also keeps your boy out of trouble also!! Nice catch Landon!!!

It's great that you take Landon with you. What a great way to make some life long memories. I wish more dad's would take their kids fishing instead of sitting them in front of a video game. And Landon don't give up buddy you'll get that big fish some day.

Came back to watch this video for about the 15th time. Losing that fish stings, but there is NOTHING like the power of a big catfish when that drag is cranked down , sometimes I really push the limits just to feel that power. He will NEVER forget that fish, that is what its all about man. Awesome , awesome video.

Glad the young angler is getting such great fishing opportunities with his Dad. You will look back at these vids and remember them as your best days. And he will too.

My wife and I are a lot older than Landon and when a fish comes off it still hurts. That fish will be the topic of conversations for years to come.I bet you will be checking leaders religiously from now on. My wife was having trouble hooking up a few days ago, I had to sharpen or replace ALL the hooks, and I better keep them sharp! Keep on fishing, you are doing great!
