Previous governments have never touched these roads because their bread isn't buttered by the communities they govern over, rather it is buttered by Abuja. A scaling back of financial redistribution, forcing States to depend more on IGR is long long overdue.

Governor Abiodun, who are your advisers, why do we build roads without sidewalks on both sides of the road for the citizen. Nigeria is the only country in the world where people and the vehicles share the same road. Please think about the seniors citizens, school children, pregnant women,disabled e.t.c.. Please safety is number one for the citizens.
