Dear Sir/Madam, USCIS recently changed the policy to allow only one reschedule per appointment. When I initially paid and scheduled, the policy allowed more than two reschedules. I used my second reschedule before December 2024, but now I need to reschedule again. USCIS is asking me to pay the fee due to the new policy. I created a ticket to request an exception, but USCIS responded by simply stating it’s due to the policy change. How can I address this situation further, and is there any way to seek an exemption or appeal under the previous rule? Any advice would be appreciated.
