Simba Museka tbh diet doesn’t have to be good, just eat the right amount of calories, and get enough protein, literally everyone IK that’s in good shape still eat fastfood and all dat shit.. having a good diet makes you feel better, if you want to lose weight minimize carbs, and calorie intake, if you want to gain muscle, it’s not that hard, doing atleast 50 total pushups a day(depending on how many you can do at one time), if you can knock off more than 20 pushups in one go, I suggest doing 75-100 a day, then take in protein, do not workout more than 5 times a week, 4 days is literally perfect, but you can do cardio everyday, unless you’re running on concrete, or another hard surface, just get a jump rope
@davidharcot2205 жыл бұрын
@@realtruth1448 you make sense please give us more idea
@realtruth14485 жыл бұрын
David Tad alright the absolute most efficient way to lose body fat and become lean and shredded will only cost you under 50$... all a man needs to get really lean, and ripped fast, is this listing(equipment) Jump rope Pull up bar That’s is, jumping rope is literally the best cardio exercise to lose weight(google if you think I’m bullshit) Implement intermittent fasting(14-18 hours without eating) what I did was don’t east past 8PM, workout around noon the next day, then eat after, I lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks... and I was jumping rope 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a week... so fucking easy bro, as for gaining muscle, push ups and situps(variations) is literally all you need bro, going to the gym is a waste of money, seriously... calisthenics can transfer to weight lifting... weight lifting cannot transfer to Calisthenics... I knew this one guy... strong as fuck man, he was about 5’11 230, he was throwing around 285 like nothing, I think he was max was 345, but he couldn’t even knock off 25 push ups in one go... and couldn’t even do more than 3 chinups.... listen brother, and everyone else reading this... Push ups, skipping rope, situps, low carb intake, I suggest under 50 grams, but that’s exactly harder than you think, 100 and under is still decent, but under 50 you’ll go into ketosis and have maximum fat burn, anyways, I promise you, if you jump rope atleast 5 days a week, if not everyday, and do body weight training atleast 4 days a week, while getting the proper amount of protein... you’ll see a significant difference in two weeks... I PROMISE YOU... just eat under 2000 calories, DO NOT EAT UNDER 1000 CALORIES THINKING YOUR SMART.. 1300-1600 should be sufficient for the majority of guys, depending on your weight, you should be shredded after 2 months, I went from 240 5’8 to 175 5’8 in 11 weeks.... that’s 65 pounds gone... no loose skin/cellulite(I did mountain climbers, and I would get into plank position, than push up position, and would alter back in forth, it’s harder than it sound) also a big note, if you’re nearly obese, or borderline obese(LIke i was) you’re most like gonna have loose skin/cellulite hanging around your body, which is why you must also gain muscle..... also this wasn’t even hard, Just have to stay consistent, for any beginners I suggest atleast getting 10 minutes in of jump rope(HIIT), 2 minutes, rest, and do that 5 times, boom done, don’t rest too long now lol, once you don’t feel as tired add more time... you can figure out how much pushups and sit up variations you need to do by your own self, good luck to you all

It’s a compound movement, so you want to lock out. You still keep tension on your chest regardless, you just “feel” more in your chest because you’re taking away from the entire movement.
