BIG CHOP after 6 months of Transitioning!! | 🔥 MESS! WHAT WAS I THINKING?!

Finally BUG CHOPPED after transitioning for 6 months. I said 8 months in the video but it was 6. I should have been more patient but dealing with both textures was stressful and I’m too cheap to pay someone 🤷🏽‍♀️.

That's a lot of growth for 6 months. I did the same after 6 months of relaxed hair after 14 years natural. Lol. Cut off the creamy crack one day. Transitioned for about one week and said nope. Big chop is the way for me. Missed my natural curls. Good job.

It is definitely a process cuzzin.. I have been naturally since early 2015, and the point that you’re at is the hardest. I didn’t actually do the big chop, I just sorta clipped it here and there, so kudos to you. Love you ❤️

I think whenever we cut off our relaxed hair to our natural we think it looks so strange. Mostly because we haven't seen ourselves that way in so long. So, it's an adjustment for sure. I found that part the hardest to get used to and I went right back to my relaxer. Also, you have beautiful hair I think it looks good on you.

Tempted to cut mine after 10 months of transitioning (can't take the transitioning phase any longer 😫) And I'm also not going to the salon, I don't trust anyone with scissors near my hair 😩🤣🤣
