skapaul this is a great group and this song could be like a classic with it's well written theme...like it pulls off the hardest task of putting so much into one song WITHOUT over doing becasue trhat theme of the rain, the earth, the body..then blended two tone......I am a new follower of big country now,,,,and you , too sak paul I was 26 in '79, in Santa Barbara, musician/songwriter Buddy PRinceton, and appeared on the NO NUKES! Raindance was the opener at the NEC in 84 with no vocal intro - played as recorded. This however, not sure what tour this was?
