I'm excited to try the technique she mentioned about alternating curling the face frames first away and then toward the face to add a different dimension to the curls. I think this is the tip I've been looking for. I often feel that the side that I part on looks like the "hat" look she was describing. It's like the curls come together to make one giant curl/wave going in the same direction. I hate the way that looks. Hopefully doing what she said will give me the look I want.

I think you are the cutest and talented and so fun to watch! Are you sporting a Free People bralette? I have one of them and a few that look exactly like it by Riley and James and they have a ton of colors! I struggle with the back of the head styling BIG TIME! What do you recommend for a dry heat protectant (so it doesnt get wet and can use on day 2+ hair). I hate the feel of stiff or crunchy hair especially since I have very fine hair.

Love, love, LOVE! I can’t wait to try this. I’ve been growing my hair out from a pixie for a little over a year now. It’s about chin length with side swept bangs. I’ve been curling it recently with my flat iron and loving it. Can you tell me if this was done on clean hair or second day hair? I am really trying to stretch my hair to three days but right now still washing it every other day. I typically run every other day and I find that my hair is very sweaty after my runs. If I don’t wash it, it tends to look pretty greasy even after I use dry shampoo. Love your channel! ❤️

Update, I applied your technique to my hair style today and I look cute :-). I used a flat iron because I don't own a curling iron and it worked just as good. A few coworkers even noticed my new style and complimented me today. Thanks, great video!
