I met my bf on pof, during the pandemic in June 2020 and we are still together to this day. He’s the best person I’ve ever met so I think ppl shouldn’t hate on dating apps.

Well there's introverted people like me who don't go to social events and can't realistically meet people outside of work... So I need dating apps to meet new people. And before anyone says it, I have hobbies lmao. People will always say "have hobbies and meet women than". Most of my hobbies are male-centric so I cannot meet women this way either. So it's dating apps for me.

Yes it does! I met my husband in POF in 2018. I'm not the type to go out to bars or parties when I was single because I'm too shy. Online dating helps me talk to people and be comfortable before meeting them in person. I am very happy that I have responsible and a loving husband😁

Dating apps have so much potential but unfortunately players and manipulative people utilize them to their advantage like they do anything in this world given enough time. I know several friends who have met their husbands through online dating by being clear about what they want and using filters and safety precautions.

It really comes down to meeting enough people. The more people you get to communicate with and get to know, the more likely you are to find the most compatible. We made it easy, we don't use cookies, and communication is free. If you waste your money on 'dating', it will always fail.

The swamp thing is false. Most men on dating apps aren't bad men. It's just that women have extremely high standards. Even average to below average women who don't bring much themselves expect prince charming

I feel so lucky that I found my man before tinder. I couldn’t handle the additive quality of it or the amount of people on it. Match was very straightforward and worked well for relationships not for casual hook ups.
