This is the home we bought and absolutely love it. There are some slight modifications / improvements to the laundry room and the master closet but other than that it is pretty much what you see here. Astounding amount of room and storage space. Looking forward to many great years in our new home.

My absolute favorite kitchen is the U shaped!!! It's just so versatile, loads of work space which I need, and storage which is a MUST for me! As a gardener and bread baker I need counter space and storage! BEAUTIFUL home!

Ok, I really LOVE this one! The living areas are amazing! The master closet was surprising in a wonderful way! The color scheme throughout was great. If I were to change or add anything it would be to pick lighter flooring. Thanks for another great tour, Dave!

Don’t like: the coffee bar wasted area there’s plenty of cabinet space already. Can the cabinets be upgraded? Can you opt out of the bookshelves? Attic access is poorly placed. Prefer utility room. Lose all the extra cabinets but keep the sink in utility room. Really need a vanity for us girls to do our makeup Pros: square sinks! Bigger bath, nice size closets, love the stacked rock design on FP and along the marriage line. Shower and seat, bath is lovely and that closet is plenty big for everything. Thanks for sharing!!

I am interested in the Bryant but I don't live in your vicinity I live clear down at the bottom of the Rio grande valley here in McAllen Texas I can't never seem to get a phone number when I need it I would like to contact you on this matter there are small details I would like to talk about one individual matter I noticed in the shower it does not have a shower handheld whon I think I spelled that right I'm not sure but I also have a Sears stackable washer and dryer old fashioned one and that would have to be adjusted in order for it in the laundry room but I have many other details to talk about I hear you're the type of person that works with someone well this is what I'm looking for I am 66 years old and need my own home, land home deal down here where I live, not happy living in a small apartment I have way too many belongings I have way too many things and I have it crammed in my little bitty apartment here and can't take it I need a home of my own and the Bryant is on the list that I am looking at and there are many other details that I need to discuss so that I am not misunderstood

Thank you for your comment! I highly recommend you do more research on manufactured homes of today's. They out perform almost all site built home construction. The only difference in this home truly is that it comes in on a frame transport system. Prefab housing has been around for over 100 years. They aren't what they used to be by a mile!
