Osihmen has only scored 20+ goals once in 4 seasons in an easier league. He's a good striker and improves Chelsea, but he is not prolific he may not even score many more goals than Jackson. Jackson is not "woeful" Chelsea are better with him on the pitch. Palmer is clear of Saka and will win young player of the year again.
