Have you compared your Hanna Checkers against the NTLabs test kit results and are they fairly similar?

Yea all but the is a different obviously the Hannah gives you a lot more accurate reading, but there’s a huge price different reflecting that if you get me

@@JamesTHEKOIwhisperer123 agree James, I have a marine system and use Hanna Checkers for all the major elements and appreciate the cost implications for better accuracy. I’m just finishing off our koi pond rebuild and purchased the NT Labs test kit in readiness, I wasn’t planning on getting Hanna Checkers for this but maybe an option if I run into issues with the water quality.

I use API much better value for money, and does the job. But agree with James as medication is always form NT Labs.

That small Showa’s looking good, is that the one from the grow and show that you had in your fish tank for the first couple of days, bowl that on a video when you get chance so we can have a proper look.

Hi James I absolutely love all your videos that you put out I’ve watched your channel from the very start of your u tube journey but just wanted to ask you if you have thought about installing a air source heat pump to your pond so that if in the future if you get another outbreak of parasites it will be easier to treat your fish I know that when you built your new pond you thought about fitting a gas boiler but think an air source heat pump would be more economical to run
