If you ever want to cut strongman competitors down to size, get them on an arm wrestling table (assuming you yourself know how to AW) with women present. While significantly (!) more "general" than powerlifter strength, they still have very specific "lanes of strength" that they can easily be pulled out of. Someone with AW or grappling experience will understand what I'm talking about.
