India should provide "Very Limited" visas only for the students with the condition applicable that they cannot stay in India under any circumstance will return to their country after the education is over. This way we can ensure that only a certain people of a particular age group enters India. This is financially beneficial as well. The same can be done for the medical reason as well wherein only one or max 2 persons along with the patient can visit India on a short visa of not more than 30 days and that they have to mark their attendance in a nearby police station once every week so we can keep a track as well.
