@@Jeevan-l8q Vande Bharat is not luxury train. If you want luxury travel in Palace on Wheels. Vande Bharat is very much punctual and very fast train with very few stoppages. It's also very clean. So please now don't compare bullet trains with these.

Russia's concerns are genuine. You cannot shift goalpost after signing a contract. India should have clearly chalked out the basic criteria of the coaches. 4 lavatory, pantry car and luggage bay are basic necessities of any train - let alone a train like Vande Bharat with premium pricing. This only show how imcompetent, lazy and indifferent our government babus are.
