Yup! Interviews would be good. But not just with large scale growers. I'm older and disabled. Would be good to hear clever ideas from folks who are working on a smaller scale.

If you've got rats out there good luck past two years they've eaten most of my garden last year they ate 60 feet of carrots I didn't get any carrots last year and the 8 probably 200 from yellow cherry tomatoes the night before I was going to pick them so this year I've got cherry tomato plants growing all over my yard that didn't ripen in time because they didn't come up in time this year they're eaten my cherry tomatoes again but I'll planted so many plants I'd get some out of it they ate probably over 100 feet of beets all different kinds I got five beats of the whole works and they eat the tops of my turn ups top part of you have to cut parts out and eat the rest so next year if I plant beets I'm going to make one bed with half inch hardware cloth over the top of it wire and I'm not planting any tomatoes or carrots and they ate my cabbage pants so just the past month I've started poisoning them it's just way too many rats around here and they're the same size as my Chihuahua dogs are big and they can jump three feet high and they walk up my walls of my house because it's wood like Spiderman and get into that roof I've had to put 10 around the top of my roof but I don't know him that I would have put 10 around my whole house instead of wood paneling never again in my building a woodhouse is going to be all 10 on the outside so the claws can't climb we never had rats seven years ago here but the city has moved out here now so they brought the rats with the city limits

How to keep rats and hedgehogs out of the garden cheaply

You have some of the best videos on electroculture experiments on YT, and I commented on one of them regarding the Northern/Southern hemisphere, clockwise/anticlockwise copper wire directions (I mentioned how it might depend on whether the coils were for underground or overground plants/vegetables, as per another channel's experiments and results). More information from your future trials and experiences would be great.

Just to let you know the rats are chewing through my wire screen on my porch they chew to the wire screen on my back bedroom last year and came into the house they also come in the pet doors so I don't have pet doors open at night anymore I work for an RV rental company for 9 years and the only thing that stopped the rats from coming into their trailers was silicone that you through the spray foam but they will not chew through silicone

interesting that they won't chew silicone, I bet it feels terrible to chew on haha. Thankfully we have a cat in and around the barn that we are living in that my daughter trapped running around at the last place, he was a stray but has become quite a house kitty now.
