No, The American Dream is to Live a Middle to Upper Middle Class lifestyle by earning a high paying job, start your own business, get married, have 3 or 4 children, live in a safe neighborhood where the kids get a good public education, and then retire in the Bahamas once they go to college.

Quinn Johnson yeah it’s actually ridiculous how much fat there is in fast food The average mcdonalds burger has 20-40g of fat, And some of their ”deluxe” burgers can go all the way up to 60g 60g fat in ONE burger.. Add fries to that and you’re already sitting at your recommended fat intake for the day, And that’s just from one meal
@americansniper16416 жыл бұрын

I almost killed myself two years ago. I got into a bad habit of staying up late, eating fast food before and after work, and never exercising. I kept this habit for almost a year. One night, I was sitting in my car with extreme chest pain and anxiety. I was looking up to the stars, telling myself that it must be my time to die. A voice said “ if you go to the grocery store, your pain and anxiety will stop.” That voice was absolutely right.

+no hassle Calling people fat makes you feel so superior than others huh? Easy to say that behind a monitor. You don't even know this person and you ASSUME they are fat. There's a guy who eat a big mac everyday of his life since the day when the big mac first came out and he was still skinny. So again, just because someone eats junk food doesn't automatically makes them fat. How about think before you type next time.
@JesusisJesus7 жыл бұрын
+no hassle - Does that make you feel a boost to your own low self esteem? If you wouldn't say it to someone face to face, then why would you do it anonymously over the internet? Is it because you feel "untouchable", hiding behind your computer? It takes a REAL tough guy to throw insults anonymously across the internet. Does your mummy know that you're using the BIG computer now?

it's really simple. weight gain itself will rarely ever give you diabetes or hypertension. diabetes comes from eating too much refined sugar, like the sodas. and hypertension is generally from having too much sodium. both of these are heavy in fast food. there are big athletes who eat 10000 calories a day and manage to keep themselves healthy because they control the sugar and salt.

I have the best weight loss plan ever. It is called jogging, but don't increase calorie intake. If possible, lower calorie intake. If you eat more calories than you burn off, you gain weight. I eat fast food 2-3 times a week, but I ride my bike so much it is hard for me to get enough calories. Currently, I am 6' 1" (~1.9 m) and about 165 pounds (~75 kg). BMI is about 21.8.

Bryan Hernandez you know you can get protein from other things than meat, right? I doubt you’ve ever eaten them, but nuts are delicious, healthy, and they have protein. There’s a few others, but don’t tell a healthy person who doesn’t want to force their diet into you to eat meat. A small portion (actually less than a quarter of your plate) is healthy for a human, but that’s only for protein, and not more because you’ll gain weight otherwise. I recommend you stop eating fast food everyday and eat some vegetables. I still eat meat, but I love fruits and vegetables even more, and if cows didn’t exist I would be vegetarian.
