I've never seen a cookie recipe with eggs :D Even without being vegan I never really used them because here you can usually buy only 10+ and I always needed only one or two. I have a starch based egg replacement that I use for some things, but most recipes are fine with just leaving the eggs out. Muffins are also great if you just add a bit more baking powder instead of the eggs :)

Yup, or u can use egg alternatives for eggs, like the flax seed and water mix ( 1tbsp ground flax seeds w 2.5 tbsp water) but baking is a science so if a recipe says eggs, and u use this, it probably won’t work as well but it still works but if it’s not meant to be vegan it won’t be as good

140g (2/3 cup) non-dairy butter * 140g (2/3 cup) soft brown sugar 140g (2/3 cup) caster sugar 60ml (55g or 1/2 cup) unsweetened non-dairy milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 380g (2.5 cups) plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 250g (9oz) chocolate chips * METHOD Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Mix butter and both sugars together, then add the milk and vanilla. Mix in the flour and baking powder to form the dough. Mix in the chocolate chips. Roll tablespoons of the dough into golf-ball sized balls then flatten. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, each ball 2 inches apart (centre to centre). Cook for 10-15 mins until edges are browned and tops look dry. Remove and cool on a wire rack (if you can wait that is). Eat!

Great recipe thank you very much they are so beautiful ! I will add a tip : if you have time, put the balls in the fridge for a few hours before putting them into the oven, especially if the dough is warm and soft, it's a general tip when you bake cookies, they will be more soft and beautiful !

This recipe is AMAZING. I've made so many batches and they come out delicious everytime. However, instead of using 280g of sugar I use about 60 to 100g. They come out very sweet so I sometimes wonder if 280g would be too much? I've asked people I've gift them too if they think they lack sugar but the answer is always say no. Anyways, all this to say that you can decrease the amount of sugar and they will still come out scrumptious !

Here’s a tip for fucked up people like me: Just start doing the cookies without looking if you have all ingredients. It’ll be fun. The best thing is that they always turn out pretty nice. Except the one time I just added a scone mix instead of flour. I’ve never seen so much baking powder exploding in the oven before lol

Pro tip if you have time!!! Put them in the oven at 120°C for 40 minutes than at 180°C for 20 minutes, they come out crunchier ^^

Loved the video but these cookies are pretty weak. Not terrible but one of the worst vegan cookies I've made. I'm guessing its because of using milk instead of something like apple sauce, and very few cookies use baking powder over baking soda. And I know its not me messing up the recipe, a, because its incredibly easy to follow, and b, you can see and hear how hard they are when he grabs them at 00:54. Love this channel but try another recipe on this one

Too much chocolate....I couldn't combine the dough with the chocolate bits. Still tastes yummy. I made them a little thicker, because I like them really soft. Tip: Add cinnamon to the dough. You won't really taste it, but it will give you a warm huggy feeling when you eat it :) And add nuts. Everybody loves nuts. I am nuts for nuts. Btw, I love your channel. Makes me smile every time. And I watched every video at least twice. Keep up the good work!
