I had the same experience from Delhi to Agra trip. We booked through online and paid full amount but they departed the bus late,still we waited and boarded the buss- then they shifted us to some other buses after few kilometres. Finally they told the bus will be 2 hours late than the usual time to reach. But we reached more than 3 hrs late And we booked tickets for returning around 7:30 pm but they told return will be around 9pm. Then after few hours they changed the time to 10pm. We asked for half refund but they refused then we left that bus and started searching for someother mode.Note: We all were girls. Worst experience. I can't even explain what we went through. We tried returning by train but couldn't and started roaming for diff bus stations and finally around 9:30 pm we got a bus and reached delhi around 3am. We paid 1000 per head😖. But we didn't care for money,we wanted to reach home safely. And 3am is midnight which is not at all safe for girls. We took an auto from the bus stop to our hotel rooms , while travelling in auto 6 men who had drinks were stopping the auto. We were just 3 girls. Imagine how dangerous it will be. We were very scared,even the auto wala couldn't do anything. But he drove the auto lil fast so we reached safely. Dont trust these buses if ur planning for a trip. Book a full bus if ur going with family orelse please be careful with buses in north India. Better book train in AC compartments or book a cab for urself.

@@venkateshkumar6632 yes thank you. But it ruined our trip completely. We were concerned only about returning home safe but didn't enjoy the trip. It will happen most of the times when u visit north states. This is not just 1st time , but many a times we faced this. I beleive if its quite distanced then travelling through train will be fine. Or book a whole cab it may cost you lil bit high but cab will be good according to the driver. If its not more than 2 hrs travel then u can opt busses after proper research.

😅 firstly this is not the kind of bus we usually travel. This is used by worker around south Metro cities who hail from Guj, Raj and around. the ticket price is fixed bw 3k-,to 4.5k so ppl travelling on short notice travel in this besides the journey time is the same as a train and train u need to book months in advance and adding these buses with multiple services to every nook and corner in guj. and Raj. All worker prefer this. Their services are far spread from Chennai, Mysore and Hyderabad. All of these cover the rural areas across all the states.

Bro It is common In North India and in central India. When I was travelling home from VIT Bhopal campus to Bhopal city. I and my friends booked bus ticket non-AC from Astha in Sehore district to Bhopal city to catch Tamil Nādu express at Bhopal JN railway station. Travel time is nearly 2 hrs. While boarding the bus. Our seat is already occupied by someone else. The cleaner/ticket checker sold our ticket to some local guys travelling nearby. We were travelling standing with our luggage. for 2 hrs. We argued with that cleaner. We adjusted and travelled since we needed to catch the train on time. I can't forget this trip in my life.
